Privacy

All information submitted to imghostit.com, including but not limited to username, email address, IP address and passwords, will not be distributed, sold or given out to any person or any company under any circumstances unless legal action is taken with the site/administrator.

All necessary precautions have been taken to insure that your images placed on our server and that, as a member, your folders will not be viewable to the public. However, all attacks/hacks may not be prevented from all forces. Do not upload images of financial/security information or documents that you do not want to be viewed by an expert hacker.

Content

Pornography and other adult content is not allowed to be upload to imghostit.com at any time. Users that do not follow this rule will have their account deleted without warning. Any images may be reviewed by the staff and admin of this site at anytime. If you have personal images of yourself or anyone else that you do not want anyone to see, do not upload them without knowing they may be viewed by others at the site.

All images on the site have no time frame that they will remain on the site. But if an administrator feels that the image is deemed inappropriate or may pose a threat to the site/server, imghostit.com has the right to remove the image without warning. If multiple images are uploaded and deemed inappropriate and removed from the same user, then imghostit.com reserves the right to cancel the users account, delete all images, and block future account creation.

Imghostit.com does not take responsibility for any images that are on our servers and that are displayed from our server to the public. Imghostit.com and its administrators are not responsible for any minor under the age of 18 (or 21 in some states) that views any inappropriate images by using the Image Search function of the site or by viewing other inappropriate in any other manner that are hosted on this site. The user that has uploaded the photos is responsible for all content and rights.

Users

All images uploaded have size of the image and the IP address of the user logged. This helps to prevent security issues and malicious users from abusing the site. Upon request, if any government agency requests the IP address of any user to provide evidence or otherwise, then the IP address will be given out in a legal manner.

Imghostit.com reserves the right to block and refuse access to any user at any time for any reason. We are not responsible for providing a reason for banning or blocking IP addresses.

Users will only be blocked or banned from use on the site if they continually upload material that needs to be removed or if they are suspected of attempted attacks/hacks on the site or server.
